RULES
Rental is payable in full at time of reservation & invoicing.
We accept payment by check or money order by return mail after invoicing.
Maximum occupancy four.
NO SMOKING/ NO PETS
SECURITY DEPOSIT
$100.00 + tax security deposit will be invoiced and collected with rental fee, and returned within a week of your stay, minus charges for damages, mail fees for stuff left behind, or excess cleaning fees.
CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellation fee: $50 if you give a week or more notice of cancellation. $300 fee will be charged for 3 and 6 days notice of cancellation. NO REFUND if less than 3 days notice of cancellation.
